Bolt Action Modern Wars V2.2 - Curtain call

Hello friends!

This is possibly the last (or penultimate) update of these rules.

I had a really great three years, but now it is time to move on. From now on, i will focus on completely new set of rules, in which i will implement the experience i received during these years.

The updates:
-More or less finished amphibious ops
-Some errors fixed
-Added Magach to Israel army
-Added Z-10 to Chinese air force
-Reduced price of smoke bombardments
